Mentoring
Introduction
I was always mentoring team members needing it, mainly to get everyone to up their efficacy levels, but I started taking on private and corporate students during the lockdown as I felt that it’s more important than ever to get more efficient and self-aware. I had both private students and companies appointing their employees to get an upgrade, I always start with just watching how they work to identify issues and then building a custom plan to make them more efficient. All of my mentees jumped up on the career ladder taking the steps two at a time and I’m so proud of each and every one of them. Results
I teach a multitude of skills depending on what the person is missing. From design systems to processes and prototyping, touching user research or whatever is necessary. Please just read below from my students how their life changed and how they liked my approach to level them up. Sometimes it’s worth more to upgrade your existing team’s skills than to hire a new employee.
My training sessions with Krisztian were always very informative and clearly structured. We got through the basic tools in Figma quite fast – though he was never opposed to simply stop and go over everything again when I or my supervisor got a bit lost. He was also very open to us using new projects as training materials instead of just making up a placeholder, which helped bring every example into sharp focus and guided the experience to be very much tailored around the individual. 10/10 would recommend him as a Senpai.
His enthusiasm for helping others paired with exceptional knowledge and support is unique. Highly inspirational and I always enjoy working with him. Krisztian helped me on so many levels and also achieving my goals in my profession.
