Krisz is one of the best UX designers I’ve worked with. He works at supersonic speed, is user-centric and has strong design system knowledge to adapt quickly when needed.

Krisz has a rare quality of also being able to wear the product hat, coming up with creative solutions, understanding data and how to design based on data-driven decisions.

Sharp, a jack of all trades, passionate about design in and outside of work and with a great work ethic, I’ll be hiring Krisz again one day soon!

Kris and i worked together for just over a year, in which he completely transformed and enhanced our user and product experience. Krisz is… totally impossible to put into 1 box! I was working with Krisz whilst I was CMO at WeShop – a retail tech startup in London with £4m funding. It was a small team and everyone needed to work across roles and functions. Krisz was able to take that to a different level thanks to his broad skill set. He’s unique because he’s equally happy working on front end creative design as he is on UX/UI and the tech-focused side of things.

I had the pleasure of working with Krisz on the WeShop MVP. During the course of the 6 months, I spent on the project Krisz showed not just brilliant skills in design and UX but also excelled himself as wearing the product manager hat during the time when the position was unfilled.

He channelled flux of feature requests and design iterations through his department while making sure that the developers have been briefed with clear mockups, prototypes and design. He always had bright ideas to improve the application and was keen to take the extra mile necessary to achieve those enhancements. I hope to have a chance to work with him in the future.
